ok... the concert is over...
dun really noe the reason but i just feel very sleep this week....
i can even fall asleep when i was waiting for bus....
i nid to drink lotslotslotslots of milo and coffee to keep myself awake!!

ok.....time for us to reflect on ourself and learn from our mistakes...
1. it is indeed true that we are quite disappointing...
why?
muz admit that i am not proactive..... need to learn to take the initiative to lead the whole band
2. no empty promise, no standard answers....we need actions
we have to show the seniors that we ARE ABLE TO LEAD and make them believe that they can pass down their baton to the future excos...
3. why do the exco say tat we are not ready..
it is obvious that the excos are spoonfeeding us,
a follower isn't wad they want coz it isn't sth that the band is lack of....
come on...we have to be leaders...
AL= acting leaders? we cant have the mindset that we are just trying to act as a leader..
we have to step out and really prove that we can do it!!!
i know that some ALs are really trying their best....
but if i were to ask myself whether i have tried my best in taking the role of a AL
i think my answer will be NO....
like wad i said earlier, no empty promises coz the band dun need them...

we need actions!! we need to show!!
last point...
the excos chose us as ALs coz they believe that each 1 of us has certain potential
but ...by following wad others say wont help us at all
haha lets jiayou , bring out and unlock all our potential and show the excos that their decisons are not wrong!!
we have to believe that we can do it...coz there are ppl who put their trust in us....
SO!! LETS DO IT COZ NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!
